Hello friends! Today I'm sharing a lo I recently created for Jillibean Soup and I think it's my favourite one that I've created lately. 

The background was created with gelatos, using the technique I shared in the Studio Calico mixed media class. This was actually my first try at that technique. Since then I've used it multiples times. 

When I'm unsure of the journaling I will often use a quote, this one was found on Pinterest. This is exactly what I've done on this layout. I knew I wanted inspiring words and the quote was perfect.

Hello friends!!! Today I'm sharing a mixed media layout I created a while back, when I was playing with gelatos and modeling paste. I was actually going to throw away the white cardstock, but I was cleaning my work table and came across it in my toss pile, I loved the look of the gelatos once it was dry. 

The photo is inspired by Marcy Penner, she posted a similar picture on her IG thread and knew I had to recreate it. This layout is all about how I was fed up with winter, hence the "over" title. 

Mixed Media with Studio Calico

A little while back I mentioned that I was contributing to the awesome Mixed Media class at Studio Calico.
